Morning Routine:
Cleanse with a gentle cleanser and pat dry.
Lipid Serum – Apply a pea size amount to support and protect the barrier.
AN-DEW – Apply 1 pump to maintain hydration and smoothness.
Mystro – Apply half a pump to support overall skin balance and resilience.
Sunscreen – Finish with a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every morning.

Evening Routine:
Cleanse thoroughly to remove oil, debris, and makeup.
Lipid Serum – Apply a thin layer to protect the barrier.
AN-DEW – Apply 1–2 pumps for hydration.
Mystro – Apply evenly to support balance and recovery.
AlphaRet Overnight Cream – Apply a pea-sized amount to completely dry skin nightly.

1–3x Per Week (Exfoliation):
AlphaRet Peel Pads – Use after cleansing. Do not rinse. Follow with Lipid Serum, AN-DEW, and Mystro. Skip AlphaRet Overnight Cream on peel pad nights.
Peptide Micro Scrub – Use 1–3 times per week after cleansing. Gently massage, rinse thoroughly, then continue with Lipid Serum, AN-DEW, and Mystro. Do not use on the same day as Peel Pads.

Lactic Acid: an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that promotes exfoliation while providing moisturization.

Glycolic Acid: an AHA that promotes exfoliation.
