Don't worry! These additional items are actually authorizations and not true charges to your account. We use an eCommerce platform called Shopify to handle our store and transactions, as well as to manage fraudulent charges. Sometimes, Shopify will ask your bank for an authorization of the funds to make sure the account is real and you are in fact making a true purchase. This helps keep the cost of our products down and helps us get your items to you in a timely manner.
Currently, virtual consultations are $400. The full $400 is applied towards your Virtual Consult, none of that will go towards products since the full amount gives your full access to Savanna and her guidance 24/7! Savanna is your "Virtual Aesthetician", she will be there for you whenever you need her.
Yes we do. Savanna provides virtual consults for anyone in the US and Canada.

Yes, Savanna offers Virtual Acne Bootcamp programs.
Shipping will be calculated in your cart at checkout based on the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing as well as your shipping location.
On the week of your appointment, you will receive a zoom link via email for your virtual consultation.
Unfortunately, if you are sick you will still be charged for your appointment.
Due to Savanna’s limited availability and ongoing waitlist we reserve the right to terminate clients from our practice if they reschedule or cancel 3 or more CONSECUTIVE appointments within the 48-hour policy. Our advice is to reschedule/cancel in advance and not book any appointment until you are absolutely positive that you will be available.
Upon booking an in clinic consultation, you will have a 15-20 minute consultation with our Client Coordinator to fill out your medical history, discuss your skin concerns, and budget. The Client Coordinator will convey this information to Savanna and from there you and Savanna will create a treatment plan.
We recommend budgeting anywhere from $300-$1000 if you are wanting to get serious about your skin. Savanna prefers for each and every one of her clients to be on a full regimen curated by her, for optimal results. Great skin is 80% homecare & 20% treatment. Don’t worry if you don’t have a high budget, Savanna will most likely start you off with products that fit your price range and will schedule you next for a treatment. We work with all budgets big or small, but be prepared to invest in your skin!

Book a Consultation if you are a first time client, if you are a returning client and do not know what to book next, please call the office. It is best to book out 3-4 more treatments at the end of your appointment to avoid any confusion.
Please arrive on time, preferably with a bare face so we can maximize our time with you! Please have a detailed list of products you are currently using at home, or bring them with you. Also try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment as all clients of Savanna Boda Aesthetics are required to be on regimen’s curated by our providers.
Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
If you fail to confirm your appointment, via text confirmation, email confirmation, or the 3 phone calls 5 days prior to appointment, we reserve the right to cancel and charge the FULL amount of the appointment.
If full payment is not received for the cancellation, you must pay this invoice prior to booking another appointment at Savanna Boda Aesthetics.
Savanna Boda Aesthetics reserves the right to charge full price of the service booked for any appointment that is not cancelled within a 48 hour advance notice.
A client with three cancellations in a row risks being terminated from our practice.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. No exceptions. This includes your NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for all Consultations.

For any first time client we require $350 for your consultation and treatment, this is non refundable nor is it transferable. If you are a returning client and book online it will charge your card the full amount of the treatment booked.
If you are less than 10 minutes late to an appointment, you will automatically be billed a $50 late fee.
If you are 10 minutes or more late, you will be charged the full cost of service. This fee will not be applied towards products or future services. This fee must be collected prior to booking future appointments.
You will not be able to book your appointment until the balance is paid. If it is not paid within 5 business days from the date it was due it will be sent to collections and you will be terminated as a client indefinitely from Savanna Boda Aesthetics.
Yes! One of Savanna's many skills is that she is a pro at curating effective and results driven skin care regimens. Please call our office at 214-222-5887 to schedule a virtual consultation with one of our providers and make sure you have a budget in mind and a bare face!
Under the “Discover” tab, you will find our available webinars over a variety of topics. You can purchase these and rewatch as many times as you want!
No, once any product leaves our clinic it cannot be returned. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it in-clinic so we may exchange it with the company. Or if you are not local, please email orders@savannaboda.com photos or videos of the damaged merchandise.
Check your tracking link, please contact UPS immediately and file a claim. Unfortunately once a package leaves our facility, there is not much we can do. We will do our best to work with you and UPS to ensure you get your goodies!
Savanna makes commission on her affiliated links so don’t fret, you are still supporting our business! Please note that we do not carry all of Glymed’s products in-clinic so you will have to use her affiliated link to purchase those products you do not see on our website.
