Once per day:

1. Apply a thin layer to unwashed skin.

2. Leave on for 5 to 15 minutes, according to skin tolerance.

3. Rinse-off with a gentle cleanser.

Daily use of a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF30 or higher is highly recommended.
