Iron: 45 mg as ferrous bisglycinate chelate; a well-absorbed form intended to help meet increased iron needs during pregnancy.

Iodine: 150 mcg as potassium iodide; an important prenatal nutrient.

Vitamin D3: 25 mcg; supports increased vitamin D needs during pregnancy and nursing.*

Calcium and magnesium: 180 mg calcium as dicalcium malate and 90 mg magnesium as dimagnesium malate.

B vitamins: includes methylcobalamin B12, active B6 as P5P, riboflavin-5-phosphate, thiamin, niacinamide, pantothenic acid, and biotin.

Zinc: 25 mg as zinc bisglycinate, a form often used for good tolerability.
